Well I decided to get a jump on my 2010 resolutions a few weeks back and applied to join the artist co-op at Columbia City Gallery  in south Seattle. After reviewing my application and my work I am happy to say that they invited me to join. Starting on January 1, 2010 I will officially be a gallery member. That means I’ll be committed to doing four shows per year. I’m looking forward to having a home for my work and staying motivated to creating new work on a regular basis.

The past 3 years have been pretty eventful in my personal and professional life. I’ve been making a lot of internal business changes to adapt to the new and ever changing economic realities and on top of that I’ve been busy being a daddy to a baby…toddler… little grown girl. It’s been eventful and in the mix I’ve gotten away from working on my personal art in any consistent way. I’m hoping this is going to help put some of the ‘fire’ back into my love affair with my art.
