DUMPER: A Gear Up Environmental Summer Camp Student Project Video
During the summers of 2006 and 2007 Inye Wokoma was a part of a teaching team for an environmental summer camp. The camps were service and expeditionary learning projects that focussed on local environmental issues. The students learned about King County’s water system and took many trips including visits to regional watersheds and municiple water and sewage processing plants.
The youth worked in teams during the two-week course of the camps. Each team produced video shorts based on an aspect of what they learned. This video is an example of their final presentations.
